Are drinks complimentary?

Absolutely! We're unable to serve alcohol but under California laws can provide a complimentary glass of wine or beer with any service. All other beverages (water, coffee, tea) you are welcome to have as much as you like.

What's is Pay Later?

Pay Later is a great option we offer for you to purchase select services with easy installment payments but you recieve your service now.

How can I cancel or supend my membership?

You can request to cancel or pause your membership at any times by clicking 

Please note it will take 1-2 business days to process your request.

Why do you charge to book appointments?

We schedule our day and are paid solely by what we book. Unfortunately sometimes we have people not show up or cancel at the last minute which can leave us with no income for the day, due to not being able to fill the appointment time with another client. 

How can I cancel or change the appointment I booked online?

Just give us a call during business hours and we will be happy to help.

What's your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or change your booked appointment up to 48 hrs before the start of your appointment. By entering your credit card information at time of booking you agree to our terms and accept the forfeit of the pre-payment or deposit if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hr notice.
